1 - Buy speakers or headphones. Any should work if you are not concerned with the sound quality.

2 - Make sure you have not muted the sound. This is probably one of the most common reasons for no sound coming out of your speakers. Unmute is usually found at the bottom right of your computer screen and looks like a speaker with a X through it. 

 

 3 - Make sure your computer's speakers are plugged in. Check the connections on the back or front of the computer. Also, some speakers require a power source, so make sure that it is connected to a power outlet and connected to the speakers.

4 - If you have gotten this far and you still have no sound, it may not be a simple fix. Somehow, your sound card drivers may have been deleted. Replacing them is outside the scope of this article.
